Travelling to our School
As a local village primary school we do not have any dedicated parking for parents and visitors. We strongly encourage families to walk, scoot or cycle to and from school wherever possible. We enjoy a large number of cycle racks and scooter pods to encourage this. We do require these to be locked as items are left at owners risk.
However, we understand that this is not always possible, and therefore have agreements with the Yaxley Parish Council to use Queens Park (the football ground opposite the school on Daimler Drive) and also to use the back of the Co-op Store car park.
We would ask that parents and visitors use these car parks and avoid parking on the local roads for safety reasons but also to maintain a good relationship with our neighbours. Parking outside the school gates is strictly forbidden.
We do monitor this from time to time and hope you understand the need to park considerately and safely at all times.
