Leading Parent Partnership Award
Please scroll DOWN for the latest update (Dec 16) - thank you.
The school is currently working towards achieving the Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA).
At Fourfields we are proud of our working relationship with parents and carers. However, as a school, we are always keen to develop many more aspects of our home-school partnership. we know that a strong partnership brings with it excellent benefits for the child, the parents/carers and the school.
Over the remainder of this school year and the school year 2016-17 we shall be working towards achieving a national award called the Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA). This award looks at how well we work with parents/carers, how welcoming the school is, and how we support children to learn. We aim to improve communication with parents and our community, support parents and children to extend their learning and to encourage a greater input and more involvement of parents in school life. You can find out more about the LPPA by clicking on the logo above.
The school continues to work towards the LPPA award. We have analysed information from parents/carers questionnaire and responded to your comments. We have also looked at your feedback offered by Twitter, Facebook, Seesaw and other sources and taken these into consideration. Your thoughts and opinions are always valued and appreciated.
The school is close to its final assessment date for achieving LPPA status.
Thanks to your commitment to supporting your children through the History Week, Maths Week, Christmas project and attendance at Parents' Evening, assemblies and supporting homework activities we are in a very strong position to achieve this award.
We were delighted by the response to the Christmas project and would invite you to take a look at their wonderful work when you are in school for their Christmas productions. The school foyer is a shining example of the children at Fourfields.
Many thanks for your support and we look forward to continuing this into the new year.
